• Users are prohibited from repurposing GIFTS AI outputs in violation of these laws or export control regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

• All AI-generated outputs are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• GIFTS AI disclaims liability for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including indirect or consequential damages.
• GIFTS AI’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• GIFTS AI may update this Accuracy & Disclaimer Policy as laws and regulations evolve.
• Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
• Material updates will be communicated via email or account notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
