GIFTS AI, Inc. (“GIFTS AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We do not offer financial incentives, price differences, or loyalty programs in exchange for the collection or retention of personal information. 5. Marketplace and Facilitator Disclosures

GIFTS AI operates as a marketplace facilitator. To provide our services, we may share your personal information with independent third-party sellers, payment processors, shipping and logistics providers, and other facilitators who assist in fulfilling your purchases and providing customer support. These third parties are contractually bound to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We may disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to:

Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations).

You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, subject to verification and written authorization. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, unless an extension (up to an additional 45 days) is required, in which case we will notify you. You may also direct us to limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) to only what is necessary to perform the services reasonably expected by an average consumer, such as completing transactions or fraud prevention. To protect your privacy, we verify all requests by matching information provided with our records or requesting additional documentation if needed.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies for personalization, analytics, security, and advertising. Some cookies may be used for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. 8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as necessary for business purposes, compliance, and legal obligations. Typically, identifiers and commercial information are retained for up to 7 years, while cookie/device data is retained for up to 2 years. Data is deleted or anonymized once retention is no longer required.

We implement reasonable safeguards, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. Use of our Service is at your own risk.

10. International Data Transfers
