Welcome Offer Terms
Effective: Sept 21, 2026
The Gifts AI Welcome Offer allows eligible new members to earn up to $25 in promotional Gifts AI credit:
- $15 credit: Earned after creating a new Gifts AI account and successfully verifying your email address.
- Additional $10 credit: Earned after saving your first qualifying recipient to your Gift Circle.
A qualifying recipient must include the recipient’s name or nickname, relationship to you, and at least one gifting detail, such as an occasion or interest.
Eligibility
Available only to new Gifts AI members who have not previously created an account or received a Gifts AI welcome offer.
Limited to one welcome offer per person, email address, account, and household.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
Gifts AI may withhold or remove promotional credit in cases of duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or misuse.
Receiving credit
Credit is normally added to your Gifts AI wallet immediately after completing each qualifying action but may take up to 24 hours to appear.
The $15 and $10 credits are issued separately.
The two welcome credits may be combined with each other once both have been earned.
Adding duplicate, fictitious, incomplete, business, or self-recipient profiles does not qualify for the additional $10 credit.
Using credit
Welcome credit may be used toward eligible product purchases made on GiftsAI.com.
Credit applies only to the eligible product subtotal and cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, gift wrapping, tips, or other fees.
Credit cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or added to another account.
Credit cannot be combined with another coupon, referral offer, or promotional code unless Gifts AI specifically states otherwise.
Promotional credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Expiration
Each welcome credit expires 60 days after the date it is issued.
The $15 and $10 credits may have different expiration dates because they are earned separately.
The applicable expiration date will be displayed in the member’s Gifts AI wallet.
Because California permits expiration for qualifying promotional credits received without payment, the expiration must be displayed clearly wherever the credit is shown.
Returns and cancellations
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after promotional credit was applied.
Promotional credit used on a returned or canceled order may be restored only if it has not expired and the return qualifies under the Gifts AI return policy.
Restored credit retains its original expiration date.
Credit will not be reissued if it expired before or during the return process.
Offer changes
Gifts AI may modify, suspend, or end this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not reduce valid promotional credit already issued unless the credit was obtained through fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
